I have not installed my hair yet but, I made a mistake ordering a different type of frontal than my bundles and I was reached out to and they immediately changed it to all match. Once I placed the order and seen the expected delivery date I contacted IShow right away to inform them it will be too late because I’m going on vacation the same date as delivery. They responded saying that date is not an exact date and I should get the bundles sooner. It’s been 8 days and I still don’t have them. Instead IShow keeps emailing and texting me telling me I need to call a 800 number to cooperate with local customs for clearance.
